Tom Sawyer was a eleven-year-old boy. His parents were dead. So, He lived with his father's sister, Aunt Polly. He did not help Aunt Polly. He often behaved badly.
One day, he and his friend, Huck encountered a murder. Injun Joe killed Doctor Robinson. But Injun Joe put the blame on Muff Potter. Tom and Huck knew that Muff is a good man. In the trial of Muff, Tom testified that Injun Joe commited a murder, not Muff. Then, Injun Joe ran away.
At the picnic with his friend, Becky, Tom and Becky went into a cave. They left the other children. They took a basket of food and some candles. They went further into the caves together. After a while, they couldn't find the entrance. They're lost!
