And she smiled as she put the phone down. (p.48)    'I'm Inspector Logan of the Edinburgh police,' Jenny said. 'I'm very sorry about the death of your husband.'    Who killed Alex Maclennan? His friend Ian Ross, his wife Alice Maclennan or her brother Donald Johnstone? It isn't easy, but Logan has to choose.    Ian was Alex's friend, and they had a restaurant together. Alex earned much money, but he didn't pay so much money for Ian. Ian didn't like that.    Alice didn't have a happy marriage with Alex because he spend almost all time at the restaurant.    Donald needed a lot of money because he borrowed a lot of money from the bank to start business. But the business didn't go well.    Finally, Jenny could catch the murderer. And who was that?    I felt that the story was so funny because there are some comedic elements in conversations.
