Review of "The Last of the Mohicans" (BR 13)

'I will not be your wife.' (p. 25)

The time of this story is 1757. This is when armies from England and France were fighting in North America. Both countries wanted the land. And Indian tribes were fighting for each army. Hurons were with the French army. Mohawks and Mohicans were with the English army.
The daughters of the English general, Munro, started a journey through the forest. but soon they were in danger when they met one of Hurons, Magua. One of the sisters, Cora was urged to marry Magua. But she didn't want to marry him. The last of the Mohicans, Chingachgook and his son, Uncas and white scout man, Hawk-eye were her friends. So, they helped Cora. But Magua persistently looked for Cora and her sister, Alice.
Finally, Cora and Uncus was killed by Magua, and Hawk-eye killed Magua. But, Chingachgook became the last Mohican. However, wasn't alone. Hawk-eye was beside him.
I think the last of this story is little sad.
