Review of "Dead Cold" (BR 10)

Yes, life was good. I was in my red Chevy and life was good. (p. 48)

   A dead girl is found in a swimming pool on Pine Crest, USA. She's Janine, a 23-year-old student who wanted to write for a newspaper. Detective Flick Laine has to find the killer. But first she must find out the big story Janine was working on before her death.
   Flick Laine is a detective in the Denver Police. And, her previous partner on the job, Scott King was murdered with a gun two months ago. Flick saw the death of Scott. So, she didn't want to work on a case of murder. But, she had to find the killer who murdered Janine.
   She came across some dangerous situations, but she could find the killer and the reasons why the killer murdered Janine. The killer was a person who murdered Scott! The killer and some other people would stay in prison for many years.
   Finally, the case has been solved.
   The story was so exciting and interesting.
